Any order(s), direction to proceed with shipment, any payment or deposit, or any receipt of any products shall constitute purchaser's agreement to the following terms:

Interest charges of 1.5% per month apply to all accounts not paid in full 30 days after shipment, and to any reversed charges, credit card chargebacks, cancelled checks, or other dishonored payment or incomplete payment. Purchaser shall pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with any collection efforts, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses and all court costs. Exclusive venue for all matters related to orders, shipments, and related products and services shall be the courts for the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the City of Richmond, governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without reference to its choice of law provisions.

Taxes and Shipping/Handling charges not included in quoted pricing are the responsibility of purchaser.
